Please note it is now a mandatory requirement of the Telford International Centre for all personnel to wear Hi-Vis jackets during build up & break down.
Hard hats are to be worn when rigging / working at height.
If working at height, appropriate certificates must be readily available to be presented if requested.
Ensure emergency exits are kept clear at all times and emergency exit signs are not obscured.
Please ensure all personnel are aware of the nearest fire exits and fire extinguishers.
Cables and trip hazards must be matted, flown or taped down.
Rubbish will be cleared at the end of the day. However, should there be a significant build up of rubbish, please inform your Event Manager and do not allow it to build up around doors and fire exit routes.
Do not wedge open any fire doors within the building at any time.
For Health and Safety reasons it is not permitted to allow children under the age of sixteen on site during an event build or break down period.
All exhibitor vehicles used for loading and unloading must display a pass in their window. Please download this form and complete it for all vehicles.
Your Event Manager will advise you of any other work and/or events taking place in the Ludlow Suite – please keep to your area and do not wander into other areas that may be in use.
Please ensure you have made provision for First Aid treatment.
Should you have a medical emergency, please inform Event Management immediately at the registration desk in the Ludlow Suite.
All gangways must remain unobstructed and accessible at all times.
Parts of your stand, furniture or exhibits etc. must not project beyond the boundary of your stand. During the build-up and breakdown periods, materials may be placed in the gangways, as long as they do not cause obstruction. Approaches to emergency exits must be kept clear at all times. If requested, the gangways must be cleared immediately.
Exhibitors have no right of access to other stands outside the official opening hours unless permission has been obtained from the exhibitor renting the stand.
Exhibitors are obliged to be present on their stands during exhibition open hours and display registered exhibits. Stands may not be dismantled before the official breakdown commences.
There are NO storage facilities on site so deliveries cannot be made prior to the 13th May 2024. Deliveries must be arranged for Monday 13th May 2024 and not before. A Torque-Expo Telford representative will be on site to sign for and receive each delivery.
When arranging deliveries, please ensure the delivery is clearly marked up with the details below.

Collections must be arranged between 4.00pm – 6pm on close of the exhibition, Tuesday 14th May 2024. No items may be collected after this time or left on site without prior permission – charges may be applicable.
Please note we cannot accept liability for any damage or loss of packages.
The floor covering is beige with red stripes. Nothing is to be attached to the fabric of the venue. Nails and screws must not be used in either the floors or the walls of the venue, nor must anything be attached to the roof bars or trusses.
Only B3/A5 Exhibition Tape can be used. Please ensure that it is lifted and removed at the end of the event. Exhibitors who leave tape on the floor at the end of the event will be subject to a dilapidation charge.
If there are any damages to the fabric of the building, fixtures, fittings or equipment either internally or externally the exhibitor will be charged for the full cost of repair.
Please ensure that all furniture and fabrics have the relevant fire proofing solutions and are compliant with the Code of Practice for Fire Safety of Furnishings and Fittings in Large Places of Assembly legislation.
If you have any electrical requirements please fill in the Electrical Requirements Form. Deadline is Wednesday 1st May 2024.
All portable electric equipment MUST be PAT tested.
Any additional circuits, boards or equipment MUST be approved and signed off by the SCL electrician prior to use.
All attendees of Torque-Expo UK must wear a badge at all times.
Please complete the Exhibitor Passes Form before the show here. Badges are electronic and can be printed off in advance of the show at the office. Any changes or additions can be made online prior to the show or at registration on site from 8.00am, however priority will be given to visitors.

The Telford International Centre has over 1500 car parking spaces onsite, all within easy walking distance of the venue.
Charges may vary depending on the event you are attending. There are multiple car parks within Telford Town Centre which are also chargeable.

All rooms are allocated on a first come first served basis, this group code will expire on 19th February.
No contracts will need to be signed unless guests book more than 9 rooms.
The cancellation policy for the individual rooms booked will be 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Torque-Expo UK 2024 logos and email signatures are available to download from the Promotional Material Page. Please add them to your website, emails and any marketing material you use in the run up to the show.

Torque-Expo UK will be producing an official show guide, which will be given out to every visitor to the event. Each exhibitor should have selected a ‘Show Guide Option’ at the time of booking. If you are unsure of which Show Guide Option you have selected OR what your Show Guide Option includes, please refer back to your Application for Space booking form or contact your sales representative.
Please ensure you complete the Show Guide Form by Friday 19th April 2024. Please also ensure you have uploaded a high resolution logo, which is suitable for print. If an exhibitor has not completed this form on time, the information for their entry in the catalogue will be taken from the application for space stand contract, without liability.
General cleaning of the public areas in the venue will take place during set up, prior to the event start time on Tuesday 14th May 2024.
Exhibitors need to make provisions to clean their own stands.
Please note all exhibitors are required to dispose of their own rubbish. Any rubbish left after the event will be charged for.
Telford International Centre does not provide any storage facilities, nothing is to be sent prior to set-up day or left after the event as there is nowhere to leave it. There are no cloakrooms at the venue. Please keep all belongings with you at all times.
Please refer to the Performing Rights organisation regarding the playing of music in a public domain and associated copyright legislation. Please consider other exhibitors regarding noise levels.
Wi-Fi access at Telford International Centre is free of charge for all users though it is recommended that if you require access to internet for anything over and above general browsing that hardwire connections should be ordered (extra costs apply).

Please do not enter any areas in the Telford International Centre that are not part of the show.
The Ludlow Suite will be locked overnight on Monday 13th May 2024. However, you are responsible for your own event equipment, and materials. Any items left at the venue are at the owner’s risk.
Please be extra vigilant during build up and break down times.
Every step should be taken to ensure the security of your stand and the items contained within. It is recommended that insurance be undertaken where applicable.
Torque-Expo UK and the Telford International Centre cannot accept liability for any damage or losses.
There is a strict No Smoking policy in the Telford International Centre.
The Show Management will be located at registration. There will be a member of staff available throughout the build-up, exhibition open day and breakdown time.
